It’s both simple and rewarding.

Crepes are incredibly simple, versatile and delicious to eat.

Pizza Crepes with Mozzarella, Mascarpone and Tomato Sauce. Breakfast Crepes with Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Cheese and Sour Cream topped with a Zucchini, Tomato Salsa, and Chef Carol’s fantastic dark Chocolate Crepes filled with Chocolate Mousse, Chantilly Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce. Christmas Black Tie Dinner ~ 1 Lesson, November 29 ~ $75
This dazzling dinner is also an easy one to prepare. Your guests will be amazed!

Prosciutto Wrapped Breadsticks with Fig Dip, Greens with Sherry-Walnut Vinaigrette, Pan-Seared Fillet Mignon with Caramelized Onions and Shitake Mushrooms in a Port Wine reduction, Hassleback Potatoes, and fabulous dessert, Chocolate Roulade with Chantilly Whipped Cream and Dark Chocolate Sauce.
