So, You Want To Be A Chef ?

I am pleased to announce that Ms. Christina Caccesse, a seventeen year old student at Staten Island Technical High School is the winner of the - "So you want to be a Chef"  Scholarship Program here at Carol's Cuisine, which is being co-sponsored by U.B.I. Financial Services.

I would like to thank each and every student that participated in the contest by taking the time to prepare, and send in their favorite recipe & resume.  There were so many great entries, that choosing a winner was a difficult job. I would like to encourage all the entrants to keep up the good work, and to try again when we offer the Scholarship Program next year.

Buon Appetit,

Carol
