Renowned Chef, Bobby Flay, the Master Chef at the TV Food Network, came to Carol’s Café on May 10th, 2004, to film a segment for his television show "Boy meets Grill". Carol prepared Spaghetti with Seared Tuna flamed in Brandy, with Roasted Peppers, Fresh Tomato, Garlic, Shallots, Capers, Lemon & Fresh Herbs, along side of Flay, who made Grilled Swordfish in a Spicy Mexican Sauce.
